A new generation of leadership is need for the amount of problems our State and Nation face. Jared is a moderate who has primarily focused on fixing our crumbling infrastructure in Colorado from our Roads to our colleges. We have seen years of stagnation, the same playbook that has gotten us nowhere. We need new leadership Locally and nationally.

Additionally, played a key role in the successful advocacy for Proposition 111, which enacted an interest rate cap on payday loans, demonstrating a commitment to consumer protection and financial well-being. Proficiently entered and analyzed substantial volumes of data into the master database, ensuring accurate and accessible information crucial for strategic decision-making.

Police Reform - Reforming ICEStart a committee called "Officer Accountability Office" leading investigations into mal-practice by officers across the country. Allow citizens to start suing officers for money owed from over excess over force, illegal actions, and other official duties while on call.
Multiple databases will be merged into a main database by the U.S. Government to track and monitor ICE agents conduct. Holding trials in court for victims of ICE malpractice. Create a new division within the government to manage ICE accountability, and office of affairs. This office will manage promotions and demotions within the agency, and address any funds that need to be paid to victims where their rights were violated in accordance to The United States Constitution. The job of any police officer or public servant is to protect the American people at all costs. States will have the right to mobilize their national guard to protect protestors, and potentially ARREST ICE officers who violate LOCAL and STATE law. |
Holding Big Corporate Gaming Companies To Account For Developers
Big corporate gaming companies such as ROBLOX or Microsoft have underpaid developers. They owe developers millions for the harm they have caused, and amount of defamation they allowed developers to incur. We will draft legislation on day 1 that will hold ROBLOX accountable by paying out millions and millions apon millions of dollars to developers.
- Ways to appeal bans, deletions, and or get payout for accounts or converting old TIX before removal of TIX to ROBUX.
- Copyright constraints - developers get more rights over the big gaming companies such as ROBLOX limiting users by directly silencing or indirectly.
- Defamation of users - protecting children from online bullying such as harassment and their privacy
- Allowing developers to sue companies or "HOST" companies for monetary means.
- Lawsuits have a MINIMUN STATUE OF LIM OF 20 YEARS FOR LAWSUITS for anything above $500,000!!!
