Developed comprehensive conceptual models for the organization to analyze and interpret labor changes based on a detailed census report. This report included data on headcount variations across different departments and time periods. Utilizing this data, I constructed financial models to accurately calculate the organization's operating costs, labor expenses, and additional fringe benefits, providing a clear picture of the financial implications of workforce adjustments.
Leveraging Orgvue, a sophisticated organizational design and planning tool, I created a schematic overview of the organizational database. This detailed visualization enabled effective management of headcount adjustments, including removals and additions, and facilitated strategic organizational redesigns within the established scope of authority. The use of Orgvue ensured that the database was maintained accurately and that any changes in headcount or organizational structure were implemented seamlessly, aligning with the organization's overall strategic objectives. |

I sold millions of virtual items; in-game items, power-ups, hats, clothes, and other itemized goods that generated revenue while several communities or 'groups' that encompassed over sixty thousand users. Capitalizing on this, I a social networking website called 'Faceblox' for the games users to meet friends and socialize generating over $4,000+ dollars in advertising revenue. The URL www.Faceblox.com now redirects to the main ROBLOX.com website after purchasing it from me!
This is where I grew most of my experience in marketing, sales, graphic design, product placement, and programming. Grossing over fifty million individual visits to my game creations over the span of my time on ROBLOX was and still is one of my most prized achievements. ROBLOX is worth well over a billion dollars now with game developers making well over $20,000+ dollars a month on their game creations. |

Having over 10,000+ users the social-networking website was closed down by myself due to a dispute with ROBLOX.com about copyright issues as the site was generating thousands of dollars in which caused me to shut it down completely as I got a DMCA notice to comply or legal action would be warranted. Additionally, played a key role in the successful advocacy for Proposition 111, which enacted an interest rate cap on payday loans, demonstrating a commitment to consumer protection and financial well-being. Proficiently entered and analyzed substantial volumes of data into the master database, ensuring accurate and accessible information crucial for strategic decision-making.
Facilitated the seamless transfer of vital campaign information to the Denver District Attorney's Office, thereby contributing to the successful conclusion of the initiative.
